Complete Accounting
Rent Manager is a complete integrated accounting system that allows us to track every financial aspect of any property under our management; Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Budgeting, General Ledger, and Drill-Down financial reports.
Owner Web Access
A client can access work orders, accounting reports and other property information online. The client is directly linked to our Rent Manager data with real-time information. Once information is updated in Rent Manager, the information on the clients account is also updated.
Resident Web Access
Eliminate the hassle of late payments, money orders, and bounced checks. Tenants can access their transaction history, request work orders, and make payments online.
Service Manager Web Access
Our maintenance staff and vendors can access all open and closed work orders online. Maintenance staff can access work orders with any web-enabled handheld device. They can track and report on any type of work order by the rental unit, property, customer, and/or the amount of time that it has been open.
Mobile Administration
Yale Capital Group staff can connect to their Rent Manager data via smartphone device; iPhone, Blackberry, etc. This is ideal for the staff member that is always on the move, and need to stay on top of the daily activities on their assigned properties under management.
Electronic Payment System
An online payment gateway, real-time credit card and debit card processing service into one solution. Processing services include batch processing, high speed authorization, check guarantee and conversion, split ACH (Account Clearing House) transactions, and fraud protection.
Security and Control
The Rent Manager online servers are managed in Sentry Data Center, a state-of-the-art facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio and all data stored at this location is replicated in real time to another secure data center in Colorado. Sentry Data Center delivers optimal system protection against both physical and environmental threats. Sentry Data Center utilizes maximum redundancy with a tiered, backup power system to guarantee the highest possible level of performance and uptime. Sentry Data Backup backs up your important information and automatically transmits it offsite to a secure facility. Sentry Data Backup secures your backed-up data in the Sentry Data Center with full security, network support, redundant power and internet.
